You don't. What you can do is ban these types of firearms all together.

I like where this line of thought is going, but unfortunately, that wont happen.
I would like to see purchases interfaced to the level that cold medicine is monitored. If there is a method and mechanism to prevent me from purchasing too much Sudafed from different Walgreens, then there can certainly can be a method to track gun purchases.

Several States have called for a Constitutional Convention.
You should support it and then work on getting the 2nd Amendment repealed at the convention.
I will be working on repeal of the 16th and 17th and adding a secession process.

Last year there were what? Less than 100 people killed by an "assault weapon" in the US. You may have good intentions, but your methods are reprehensible. Take your emotions out of the equation and think logically.
