Even if they beat Seattle the Pats would have skull fricked them. They match up horribly with the Pats (for that year at least).

Really most of the NFC has been pretty weak the last few years. Seattle was the last truly dominant NFC team and that was only for about a year and 3/4ths.

Edit:
I think the most overlooked thing is looking at the QBs in each division. Look at our division and name me another division that has every QB in the division in the top 16 (imo, but seems clear to me).

Now who has GB had to face each year. Stafford is maybe bordeline top 10 but outside of that Rodgers is FAR and away the best QB to play in that division in years.

It's like Brady in the East. He really hasn't had competition in forever.

its was Brady or Manning almost every year in the AFC.

throw in Big Ben and the Steelers here and there and the Ravens that one year and that's pretty much it.

but Green Bay is 3-1 so far this year, at least they play Minnesota the week before they play us. Minnesota has played them super tough (defensively for the most part) ever since Zimmer became the HC.

but the Lions have burned us recently. Stafford always seems to have big games against us.
