I am definitely hoping to avoid surgery or at least kick that can down the road until my 20 month old doesn't need me to pick her up all the time. My back is totally pain free, since getting my gabapentin to 1200mg a day my only pain is buttock spasms 24x7. Hopefully the physiatrist can provide a roadmap that works for me.

Be careful with the gabapentin sir. I know it depends on the individual but I had no luck with those. Left me in a constant fog, and a appetite outta this world. I quit taking them all at once and it was bad.
