I watched this guy play last night against NorthLake Christian in Covington. The only time I even knew he was on the field was in the 4th qtr, when he had a 25ish yard pick 6. The pick 6 came on a screen pass where he was in between the QB and the WR.

For the #1 DT in the country, he was a complete nonfactor. No one on Northlake's line is anywhere near his size.

I've made the same comments before. His ranking is currently based on camp results and athletic ability is all I can figure.

A lot of people said the same thing about Ed Alexander coming out of high school. Ed would routinely take plays off, but when he got to LSU, they got him in condition to play hard every play. Same thing will happen to this kid. Plus, you can’t teach his size and athletic ability. Clemson and bama’s D line are full of guys like him.
