Are you forgetting that NFL viewership is down roughly 20% in the last 2 years, or purposefully ignoring it? Yes, the "several owners told me they were very afraid" is very plausible.

So, then if I accept this plausible scenario as the truth, Trump was looking out for the interests of 32 wealthy men. Truly, a man of the people.

Can you fix my post back for me?

Its all about the upcoming CBO negotiations between players union and the NFL/owners. The players are being played like the fools they are once again. When they strike, nobody is going to be supporting them. They'll end up with another CBO that the rank and file will wonder why they ever agreed to. Goodell and the owners are laughing their asses off at these idiots

32 wealthy men who probably feel the same way as the overwhelming majority of Americans feel, goofball. Is Trump supposed to oppose the interests of wealthy people, even when the masses feel the same way, just because they are wealthy? What about the masses of Americans who are livid, boycotting, and hoping for the destruction of the NFL if they don't get their shite together and show due respect to the country and people that made them millionaires?
