They need tomorrow's storm to deliver for the big ski week upcoming. Pulling wind out of the NW over the major Co resorts should provide enough snow to get a bunch of the runs open. Plus the jet stream will be overhead to amplify the snowfall a bit.
The European and Canadian weather models dipict a favorable pattern for the Rockies for the next couple of weeks. I'd think post New Year's will be solid across central Colorado.
