Yeah, that's how paying off debt works, you make it up alittle at a time. Remember we're dealing with 8 years of Jindal's mess. JBE was only elected January of 2016. A simple thank you to JBE will do

All he really did was raise taxes. A simple thank you to the tax payer is in order.
