A coach would have to be pretty inept to get fired over this. This is an issue you kick upstairs to the principal and AD and have them set policy.

It did about 5 years ago to my old school. Went from 60/40 white to 15/85. It all started with them wanting a black FB coach. They got it and acted nuts about it from there on out. A Tangi Parish school
