You disagree that it's more difficult to replace an NFL Safety than a fast food worker? Do you also disagree with Supply and Demand? Gravity? Helocentrisim?
Also, since you seem so versed in supply and demand and economics, surely you realize that the players need the owners a lot more than vice versa. I PROMISE you if the NFL said "no more kneeling or you're fired", there'd be no more kneeling. That's a fact. You think it's coincidence that no one on the Cowboys has knelt? Most of these players read at an 8th grade level and couldn't do anything else to make $500,000 a year. They will do what they're ordered to do, just like most employees.
Players, like the rest of us, need that paycheck more than the CEO.

It's time to stop spreading this bullshite.

Coach Jason Garrett said Saturday he doesn't expect Cowboys players to protest on Monday night. Cowboys owner/GM Jerry Jones has said he doesn't like the protests, though it's inaccurate that he threatened to kick players off the team who don't stand during the anthem. That rumor circulated, but SportsDay debunked it here. "I just feel so strongly that the act of recognizing the flag is a salute to our country and all of the people that have sacrificed so that we can have the liberties we have," Jones said recently on 105.3 The Fan's Shan and RJ show [KRLD-FM]. "I feel very strongly that everyone should save that moment for the recognition of the flag in a positive way, so I like the way the Cowboys do it."

One thing you are forgetting is the players are represented by a union.
