It's gotten to be more of an issue. They are out in full force during the summer. I've been told a LOT of them migrate here during the summer then go back to the lower 48 during the winter. They hitchhike and what not.

Lots of natives are apart of the homeless. They get vanished from their villages and flown to anchorage. Lots of drunks.
