It's hard to make a wholesale change to offense without having personnel problems.
We currently have a ton of TE's & FB's that we don't need for the system we are trying to run.
The previous system could mask our weaknesses with power sets. Two TE's and a FB which we run over 90% of the time.
The only answer until we have the right personnel is to run more plays to make defenses pay for run blitzes I.e. Screens, draws, quick slants & quick pass to the RB like what u saw Saturday with Brennan to Williams in the third quarter.

Exactly what kind of system do you think we're trying to run? He used a bunch of the same personnel groupings at Pitt that he's using now.
