I don't think that they should bother testing for it at all. I'd prefer to see my players high on the couch at home watching a movie or playing video games instead of out at a bar.
Yes, we want em high, chilled out, slow thinking and unable to quickly process information and their assignments during a game.

I said I'd prefer them at home high instead of at a bar drunk. I'm not advocating they smoke during a game any more than a drinker would advocate mixing cocktails in the locker room at halftime.

Don't smoke the day of a game, just like you would expect them to not drink the day of a game.
