A better question is how in the HELL did you read that article and NOT see that at least a large share of the blame should be laid at Miles feet? The classes with the issues WERE ALL HIS CLASSES!!!

Yes, in fact it's miles' fault. How could you think anything else or is reading comprehension not your thing? Miles got out at the right time. The program was in worse shape than anyone imagined.
