It's pretty crappy if you're a professional. But having a plan is better than a lot of folks. Contribute as much as you can now, increasenit when you get raises, don't take any money out, and don't stop.
ETA: Wait. Are you being facetious? I remembered you posted the info below recently. Hopefully you didn't buy a $43,000 vehicle while in college.
