I bet that ole boy came out of there feeling like hammered shite, literally.

The "ole boy" was a 26 year old Hispanic with shattered pelvis and collapsed lung. That's pretty serious.

And I know it wasn't a Mexican driving because a Mexican dump truck is a wheelbarrow.

At one time I was in the construction industry and worked on the building of the new Mall of Louisiana. Hoar Construction out of Birmingham was the GC. Most tenant build-outs were done by other GC's from around the country and they all were using the 20 port of cans that Hoar was servicing so they got pissed and quit servicing them and you can imagine what they were like after a few days on a construction site with thousands of men working.

So while everyone was sitting in their vehicles one morning about 6 am getting ready to work a plumber for Bernhard Brothers got out if his truck, walked to the port o cans and dumped 5 gallons of gas along in front of them, dropped the can and struck a match. The crowd went wild as the port o cans went up like a bonfire. That afternoon there was about 50 new ones and not a peep about it.

That plumber got a lot of pats on the back for the rest of that project.

frick a Hoar from Birmingham.

Sometimes you're the Porta-Johh
Sometimes you're the dump truck
But you live, you live to fight another day

I was onsite last week and had to piss. Went in one shitter closet and it was one good Taco Bell meal from overflowing. Went out to the bark pile behind my truck and relieved myself there. It was disgusting and since it was a Tobacco Free site, they use it as the hot box. That takes dedication to stay in there and smoke with the smell coming out there.

We get ours serviced twice a week, always give the men covered lunch areas w/picnic tables, supply ice cold water, and grill out for them once a month. It's the little things like your tradesmen notice.
