Probably Hammond if I had to guess, near the intersection of 55 and 12.

Strategically, Hammond is the most appropriate location.

Doesn't JBE's brother own some property in the proposed business district up there? This would make the most sense from a family relationship standpoint.

martin-brower is building a new distribution center or it has been built - in the Hammond area.

That's a good locaton as well.
More like three San Marcos location where they split three distance between two major cities.
