First, you wrote "another 10%". What previous 10% were you referring to? And 2.6% annual growth over three years works out to about 8% growth (since you mentioned 2019).

Well because we've recovered 10% from the great decline in the late 2000's. Add in the booming DJIA over the past 9 years and Trump has incredibly lucky timing. If he gets corporate tax reduction through the sky may be the limit.
