This is true. It's a combination of incompetence, misplaced priorities, and State leaders who don't want to stick their necks out and make education cuts where they need to be made (i.e., the schools that underperform in every aspect academically need to be closed or restructured).

Every college in Louisiana except for LSU, Tulane, La.Tech, Grambling and Southern needs to be converted to a Junior College.
