The bitch didn't get raped and the GPS and timing directly contradict it. He couldn't drive for a month due to the case and thus had no income. Not to mention what this did to the guy's family life given the serious accusation. frick her and lock her up for it.
EDIT: also she should be forced to pay him for the month of lost salary he would have had.
