Se should get the same sentence as the crime for which she falsely accused someone. In this case, she should serve just as much time as a convicted rapist and have to register as a sex offender.
That's the only way to put an end to these false accusations.

That, or if you falsely accuse a man of rape, he has the option to do it for real, since you've already made his life a living hell and dragged his name and reputation through the mud based on zero evidence.
