New England Patriots

Will be top 5 but aren't top 5 this week. Their defense is below average right now and I don't know if their passing game is legit. It just looked that way Sunday because of their opponent.

I eagerly await your apologies.

Sucks that Derek Carr got hurt. Oakland might nose dive without him.

I was ready to throw Washington on the list. They seem like a better team than their 2-2 record suggests.

New England has issues. Can they overcome a horrid defense and injuries on offense?

You're getting downvoted for saying their passing game isn't legit. Brady is on pace for insane numbers and doing it with a completely not dink and dunk offense.

For what it's worth, I would not put NE in the top 5 currently. Kansas City is the obvious favorite in the AFC. We could see the hilarious situation of a Super Bowl winning team cutting/trading a SB winning QB. I'd still be extremely nervous as a KC fan with the Reid/Smith combo in the playoffs though.
