I'm a fan of avoiding junk carbs. Your claim is simply not true. I'm slowly losing my
vision and there is little I can do about it. One of the things I can do to slow the progression is to eat fruits like blue berries,goji berries,strawberries,blackberries and raspberries and to take specific vitamins. The only treatment available to me once the disease progresses is intravitreal injections (shots directly in the eyeball). I am currently receiving this treatment in one eye and responding very well. Not only responding well but my vision improved in an eye we gave up on from 20/2200 a year ago to 20/50 as of last Thursday. No one has an explanation but no one is ruling out my diet.

For real though I like you as a poster and am happy to hear you are holding onto your sight. I have a friend who had a loosely similar situation which caused him great strife. Keep fighting the good fight.
