re: FSBDL 2018 - MWG is your Champion

I am going to propose that we add this to the constitution:


During the offseason, when a trade results in a team having an illegal roster, the owner of said team must make the roster legal within 24 hours of deal being accepted. No trading will be allowed by that team until then. Failure to make the roster legal will result in a 1 week in-season suspension of add/drop privileges for each 24 hour period that passes with an illegal roster.

(we can actually use fantrax to lock someone out of transactions for a given period).
