Rule Changes to Vote on
1. If an owner chooses to leave the league, he is permanently banned from the league from that point forward.
2. Create a minimum AB requirement each week (150 ABs?).
3. Eliminate the "or six starts" from the IP pitching requirement each scoring period, due to TB approach to starting rotations.
