There's nothing particularly damning in that photo. I see a UPS, what could be a router, a switch, possibly a PIX firewall and some telco boxes (if there are multiple lines coming into the place).

For it to be in a bathroom isn't that far out of the question either, especially if that's a basement bathroom.
