93% of wagers placed to this point have been on Under, yet total has climbed 4 points. There is a certain term for this, but in a nutshell, someone in that 7% who bet the Over, likely laid some major coin

This would be reverse line movement, opposed to traditionally when public majority bets on one side of the line, it moves in that direction in order to get more people to bet on the other side to even it out.
Although I don't think 93% is accurate, I know that's what vegasinsider says, but I believe it's more like 60%/40%, which is not really enough to suggest anything.
ETA: Basically the thought is that the big money is on the Over which is forcing Vegas to raise the line, usually big money is right. That or Vegas wants all the money to be on the under because they think it will be over.
