I'm making more money under Trump than I was under your black Jesus.
Quit trying to convince people that didn't have economic success under Obama who are having economic success under Trump that they were actually having economic success under Obama.
Bank accounts don't lie no matter how many times you stomp your feet and say otherwise.

What kind of income? Wages? Owner's draw? Investments?
Very curious. Do care.

quote:Well I wasn't trying to convince anyone of that. We are talking about the broad economy, so I wasn't trying to apply that to each and every individual since that would be an example of the Ecological Fallacy anyways.

The shocking number of Americans who can’t cover a $400 expense
quote:Bank accounts are about the worst metric to use in support of your argument.
About 46 percent of Americans said they did not have enough money to cover a $400 emergency expense.
Regardless, if people aren't better off now, then the economy would be doing poorly. It's not doing poorly, and it wasn't doing poorly over the last few years so I'm obviously not arguing against that. My point is that the overall improvement is consistent with the last few years. You doing better doesn't change that; just like someone who is doing worse doesn't change it either.
