No that came up in the trial I believe, but I think it was also shown that his personal rifle was never fired that day.
Hmm thanks. Maybe I read it wrong. I really haven't read anything about the case til yesterday.

Just read that the AK "style" gun wasn't fired. It was his service weapon. 5 shots fired and all five hit him.
