Punishing every individual within the Greek system for something that only one fraternity did isn't justice.

By that logic, every college should be shut down when something bad happens at one college. Didn't some college allow the SJW/BLM crowd to beat the shite out of people, and take over the campus? Shut 'em all down.

Zero tolerance has to be the most idiotic concept ever, and schools and college administrators eat it up. That should tell people something.
