It's not even about that. Its about the how and the why. If a white person was executed via noose for the wrong they've committed (murder or whatever else qualifies for execution) then is what it is. But is a "certain contingent" was hung because of the color of their skin then that's a different story. And in some cases they were hung and burnt alive, tortured, and/or had part of their body parts cut off and kept as souvenirs.

Lets be real, when i white person see's a noose, they dont think about executions...
