What's next? Will they do away with arrest warrants because they are racially disproportionate? Or will they just remove some of the black people until they equal 13%? This is ridiculous . I've really had it with crap like this

Good news, Portland is only 6% black, so it sounds like they need to import some. What cities want to volunteer????

No, what is happening in Portland is that there aren't any black gangs. The majority of gangs are white, duh, so with the lack of white gangs, there are no thugs running the streets in Portland. We all know black people aren't involved in gangs, but rather working, raising their children, and paying taxes.
