Folks, a 32y/o with living (and very obese) parents does not randomly die of a "heart attack". Sorry. Does not happen. PERIOD.

Wow you're a physician now? Fit nonsmoking young women die of heart attacks.

Isn't Heather the one that was launched onto the roof of the car?

He's in medicine. I don't remember exactly what he does, though.

This is lame. You're lame. And no, it wasn't. He is a coward in some regards. We can agree there.

To be launched she would have to have been hit in the first place

So you're stating as a physician it would be impossible for a 32 year old morbidly obese heavy smoker to have a heart attack?

For some reason, I think you've used the same bullshite about my service previously. What had you melting then?

Physician here.
Strannix, obvious that you searched WebMD or something to that effect.
NC_Tigah, I disagree to an extent. If you're arguing that she had bad enough atherosclerosis, yes, family history plays nearly 100% of the etiology in 32 y o.
32 yo WF's have cardiac events though.
Top differential, I think of, in this situation, if she died of cardiac event is

Cocaine
Takasubo's
Cardiac Contusion

Conspiracy theory hat on, if this was orchestrated, and she wasn't hit by the car, and they wanted a martyr to push a white supremacy narrative, she could have had injection by a guy in a suit and sunglasses from the "government".

Nope. Never have. You're paranoid. I just pay attention and have been here long enough to know how you act. You shouldn't misrepresent or inflate your service. It pisses people like me off.

Nope.

Based on your response, i'm saying you didn't or couldn't read posts offered here.

Odds of an obese 32y/o suddenly falling dead d/t an MI on the street are slightly worse than winning the super-lotto.

A male friend of mine (34) never had a symptom prior to the day he died. Came home from work, went to bed because he had a bad toothache (jaw pain). Never woke up. Autopsy - heart attack due to hypoplastic left coronary artery.

No

I would think it was overhyped possibly contrived bullshite.

fricking BLM inspired shitass killed 2 cops in Kississimee (i.e. twice as many people) since then and that is totally forgotten.

Ok so change that to obesity was a factor. Family history plays a large role as you stated and know better than me. You don't know her family history. Lots of fatasses walking around after heart attacks being kept alive with drugs.

I call bullshite. You brought my service up, not me. You claim that I've misrepresented my service, but did so with zero credibility. Stop being a pussy and go after it, or shut the frick up.

Or continue the melt because I called you a woman for acting like a woman.

All three options are cool with me.

I just pay attention

No, you don't. If you're lucky, someone that does will explain what's really happening to you.

It pisses people like me off.

I don't really give a frick what pisses you off.

What exactly is "people like me?"

Absolutely, and re-reading my post, I was attempting to agree with you and it may not have come across that way. Whoever is arguing that a 32 year old obese female who smokes had an acute myocardial infarction without a family history of early death in mother, father, or sibling, does not know anything outside of what they just read on Livestrong.com or some surface knowledge website. (Which is absolutely ignorant).

Heart attack is an over-used history/misnomer by patients.
Me: "Any history of a heart attack?'
Pt: "yes, last year."

Look at hospital EMR, and patient was discharged with diagnosis of GERD.

I've had a few beers and am about to watch the game... And have a few more beers.

Medical questions and comments on these boards are humorous, yet scary that people might listen to people, who google problems and copy/paste to the board.
