the drama started when four girls, believed to be students at Texas State University, came through the drive-thru Tuesday night to order four separate meals. Kemraj said the drive-thru worker asked the girls "very nicely" if they could come inside the restaurant to place their orders because it was too complicated.

yeah it sounds funny but if you've worked in the service industry you know exactly what she's talking about.

they were basically ordering meal combos that weren't on the menu. and asking to sub this for that, and add extra this, etc.

and they were 100% talking over one another and listening to loud music as they gave their order in an incomprehensible dialect.

also a true story. the only time I've heard the n word, with a hard -er, dropped in a dead serious pissed off way was a black girl i worked with named norma.

15 cent tip she looks at me and says "i feel bad for saying this, but i hate n******"

We've all been behind the people in the drive through, or at a register. Who have to separate several orders/purchases. Have to change two things on every order. Speak in ways that are confusing to the minimum wage person working the register. Then it takes them forever to pay. Then they have to check through everything and something is always wrong, so everyone has to wait while they "get it corrected".

Yes, in this senerio they shouldn't use the drive through.
