UPS North America HQ is in Louisville, and I agree that's probably not the best solution, but Cincinnati more than qualifies - two F50 companies already (Kroger and P&G), six more F500 companies, plus GE Aviation, significant Amazon investment already in the area (especially the air piece), etc. Dallas and DC don't make a ton of sense to me based on their future path and how they've done things in the past, but we'll see, I guess.
