Good point, no.
However, I imagine most of them were dragged here by their parents, seeing as they were under 16 when they got here. My point being that the DACA kid didn't intentionally break the law, their parents did.
As long as they can't vote, don't receive federal benefits, and are contributing members of society I don't see the problem letting them stay for 2 years.
