Etling has a perfectly viable college arm.

It's not a big arm. But, he's not a rag arm either.

Would it be nice if he had more zip? Well yeah. But, it's not something to get all wound up about. He's not lobbing the thing.

exactly.at every level of football I'll take an accurate average arm(etling)over a rocket arm that can't connect on short and intermediate throws( harris).

Etling can make every throw asked of him at the collegiate level. the 2 across the field out routes throws were on the money and that's one of the toughest throws in football.

you can adjust for arm talent with timing. there is no adjustment for inaccuracy. had Etling thrown a split second early on that deep route, chark walks into the end zone. I think Etling will make these timing adjustments tmtge more comfortable he gets in this offense
