Trucks can not nor should not distribute gasoline. This is a major risk concern, and would undoubtedly not be covered by your commercial insurance policy in the event you have a spill while attempting to sell without proper risk management measures in place. This is an unrealistic scenario.

Plus they don't have that little sticker from the Ag Commissioner so it's a moot point.

Temporary tank solutions are implemented all the time during large construction projects. It's a good way to track gasoline costs. I've worked with gas companies to have this done. It's a simple process that requires me to pick up the phone, order a tank at a specific size and then set up a payment account and refill schedule.
