It ultimately depends on the school system for me. I simply wouldn't live where I don't feel comfortable sending my kids to school. But many systems just aren't good enough for me to send my school there if I did live there.

Public school systems are really just glorified government funded daycare. The vast majority of time is wasted or used grossly inefficiently.
