If you ever visit Colorado, try it there. It's mostly Northern Indian/Nepalese, but still very good. I loved nothing more than waking up on a Sunday, smoking a joint, and proceed to eat Indian food until I was stuffed. Boulder probably had 6 different Indian buffets, in a town with under 100k people.
