Houston refugees are probably a bit more civilized than NOLA ones
Houston refugees might just as well be ones that came from Katrina

Many will be.
NPR found one quick up at the Dallas center.
She told them she toldher son "not sitting in a hurricane again" when they got to the Dallas refuge "all these cots I told my son I don't know if I can do this."
Segment ended with she says she doesn't think she'll be returning home soon because "nothing you can do."
So yeah Katrina trash got flooded out of Houston finally. They'll just keeping letting weather push em around instead of rebuilding community.
Decade and a half.
My neighborhood last year, no one had insurance. Maybe 100+ houses hit. Down to 3ish trailers out of 20 that set up. Most are back in their homes only 3 yards not kept up. As water receded we were all gutting and trashing.
