I put my crackpot game ending theory in the episode thread, but here it is (somewhat embellished):
Arya takes out the Night King with the Valyrian steel dagger by somehow wearing a wight's face and getting close to him. All the wights collapse.
All the characters with a Valyrian steel sword create a distraction or opening for Arya by killing White Walkers. Jorah has Longclaw as Jon, on Rhaegal and Danny on Drogon provide air cover. Maybe the Hound wields Heartsbane Lots of people go out heroes.
Oh, and for good measure, the final scene is that the eyes of Gilly's kid (the last male child of Craster)turn blue.
Close to black.

That would be fricking awful. NK can tell when Bran is spying, but some little stunt by putting on a face totally blindsides the NK...yeah no thanks.

Arya isn't killing the Night King. If anyone kills the Night King it's going to be Jon or Jamie.
