You should sue any school that gave you any sort of degree given your inability to read at the 5th grade level.

Do you consider your typing ability below or above 5th grade on average?
Eta: I am not the one claiming stingrays have never been used. Do a simple google search and you'll find no shortage of cases where the DA had to withdraw their case because of warrantless surveillance with stingrays used by officers in the field. You can think whatever suits your intellect, though.
If you really need to be spoon fed I can list them for you. Let me know.
