What's your thoughts about neutral game sites to start the season as it pertains to LSU?

I've been to Houston and Dallas enough. If LSU continues to do this, I propose a different city each year--Cities like Green Bay are great.

I prefer home and homes because the atmosphere is so much better with students and people willing to cheer rather than some rich old guys at AT&T stadium.

I think they like going to Texas for recruiting purposes.

The Advocate had an article earlier this week specifically about this subject. Verge was quoted as saying LSU will continue with the neutral site games targeting Dallas, Houston, New Orleans and Atlanta. Great revenue producers and great for recruiting.

I think they go to Texas for the guaranteed 4 million without any headache. Well until this year.

Are kids really going to LSU because they might play in Houston and Arlington once each?

They were half-way honest in that story when citing money as one reason they do it. I just wish they would end the charade and admit the ONLY consideration is money, plain and simple.
Recruiting, alumni bases, yada, yada, yada, etc. are convenient deflections cited to avert everyone away from the money trail. Always follow the money.

I have been to most of these games and actually enjoy the Labor Day weekend vacation.
