You're right. Neville has current players on their roster from the Parkview projects, which are across the street from Richwood high school. It's not just Neville though.

I went to St. Fred's and I had a guy on my team who transferred from Carroll. I dropped him off after practice one day and he lived about 150 yards away from Carroll. He said many of his buddies in the same street went to WM, Ouachita, and Neville. This was basically next door to Carroll high school.

It's like that all over the hood in Monroe. Carroll is a shite school, but the zoning has been eternally fricked.
