Dude, it's like someone else said... how do you know they aren't making contingency plans??

Just because they don't publicly say WE ARE LOOKING FOR OTHER OPTIONS, doesn't mean they aren't looking

The last thing they want to do is say they MIGHT move, relocate, or cancel the game because people will start cancelling trips, plans, hotel rooms, etc... you can't just admit that something might change, because everyone will start to overreact, no matter what the plan or the solution is


Let them keep it close to the vest until they have a definite solution

It would be easy to add "making contingency plans" to the statement.

Why in the world would they try to hide their possible second options? It's not the nuclear codes.
