re: Protester kicks tear gas back at cops who then shoot him in the balls with a riot weapon

Shouldn't the real question be when are they gonna start arresting these people who show up at "protests" with weapons, gas masks, face maskes, etc etc BEFORE they get violent? Pretty obvious that a dude wearing a bandana over his face and swinging a ball bat around isn't interested in peaceful protest.
