So the police told an unarmed citizen to leave, and when he didn't he was deservedly shot.
Correct. They told him to leave and he did not. They used gas to further try to get him to leave and he kicked it back towards them. They then used non-lethal bullets to finally get their message across. Seems like textbook police work. Now stop trolling.
