Here's a sure way to stop it all. Comply with the police officer's commands. Be respectful, compliant and don't look to threaten them. Don't carry a weapon. If you do, tell them you have it and comply.

Comply with their commands and you won't have any problems. You won't agree with me, which is why people get shot by police officers.

He's an idiot like the rest of them. You don't express your political protest by disrespecting your country. Kap and the boys should try that in Cuba or China or one of the other countries they admire so much.

Stfu Swiss cheese dick. That's WHY America is better than those countries. Americans have the RIGHT to protest what they want, however they want as long as they are not causing harm to others.

Grow up. Piss off with this "disrespecting the country" bullshite. It's a fricking song. It means nothing. And before one of you dipshits says some stupid shite about "soldiers died for that song" I'm gonna stop you right here. No, they didn't "die for that song" or "flag" or any other symbol. They died for the idea that ALL MEN ARE EQUAL AND FREE.

I agree. I saw a protestor from Phoenix last night
Using one person. to either make your lame political point, or to indict an entire group of people, makes your argument extremely weak and non credible.

I don't hate freedom. But I think it does reflect very poorly on him and to a lesser extent LSU.

These guys are protesting the very institution that guarantees the freedoms and protections that they are protesting for. It's backwards and insulting to many.

They are not protesting "the very institution" (America or democracy), they are protesting one of the elements of our society, institutionalized racism, in this case, the institution of the police state.

That's because you aren't a minority and have no perspective.

Met a guy that coached Terrance in baseball all through his youth. Said he was a fine young man that went to school, didn't run with the wrong crowds, and worked his butt off.

Sounds like a good guy to me, regardless of whether he sits, stands, or lays down during the anthem.

You are correct. Everyone wants to pretend they are holier than thou. None of these whiny bitches stand for the anthem when they are at home. They just wanna cry and pretend to care about the country more than anyone else.

If I was making millions living my dream life in the NFL, I would damn sure stand for the anthem. If I was an NFL owner and saw one of my players doing this he would probably by year's end be traded or unemployed by me. It's TM's right to free speech, it's also my right to employ at will.

Well good thing you are neither. Ppl have the right to protest peacefully. You can't pick and choose which laws you are for and against. And judge ppl for they believe in. That makes you a douche
