The problem I have with where I know this thread will go is there will be little to no moderation to how much this board will slander Obama. And it's ironic considering how much many around here lament the left's slandering of Trump.

We all look at the manner of politics between Reagan and Tip O'Neill, wishing for that civility in Washington to return, but we wall ourselves off in ideological gardens and don't want to hear anything from the other side. The truth is, without both sides finding a way to tame the rhetoric instead of ramping it up, we continue to set the stage for more visceral political dialogue.

I don't know how so many people can stay so mad so much of the time, it's so exhausting.
