The bakers broke a state law having to do with a protected class. Dumb law? Maybe. I'm all about private business having the right to refuse service to anyone.

I don't think gays are a protected class according to the Constitution?

I'll bet that if you dig into the numbers, that the vast majority of the banned persons are white.

So, using disparate impact principles as is directed under many SCOTUS decisions, one can surmise that discrimination on the basis of race is occurring.

They should probably file suit.
